Jacob Zudell
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Zudell is responsible for the overall execution and day-to-day management and operations of Carrara Concepts development activities in the United States. Mr. Zudell oversees the redevelopment and new development at Carrara Concepts and has contributed to over 100M in development. With a strong vision for land opportunity, passion for historical preservation and value driven from new development, Mr. Zudell along with his team are committed to building sustainably throughout various communities in America. Focusing his time on markets in WA, NY and AZ, Mr. Zudell stays committed to executing quality, value, and beauty on every development.
Matt Robinson
Head of Hospitality
Matt is responsible for overseeing projects on-site for the purpose of community relations and development, day-to-day property management and tenant development. Having an education in the art of emotional intelligence allows him to appeal to clients in a way that makes them most comfortable in order to provide for higher revenues and better business demographics . “I believe success is a result of intrinsic, personal motivation, drive and grit combined with a proactive focus on creating value for those I interact with.” Due to his experienced background in sourcing materials, Matt spearheads the company’s hospitality sector and development by using sustainable materials to transform the environment, connect with the people, and inspire the community.
Seth Zudell
Chief Financial Officer
As an entrepreneur in the Financial Services and Real Estate industries Seth Zudell balances his knowledge of capital markets and economic trends with a deep passion for Real Estate development to bring fresh, exciting, and impactful projects into every community and market that we enter. As a Certified Financial Planner, Seth has a knack for numbers and dives deep into the finances of every project to help ensure the projects stay on schedule and on budget. As a graduate of Arizona State University, he has developed robust communication skills that are invaluable in delivering the vision of our projects to stakeholders, government officials and investors. In his free time, Seth enjoys spending time with his two sons and their family dog Sky. They love to spend time outdoors and often take day trips to Northern Arizona to escape the heat!
